Our 49th Vegcast features an interview with filmmaker and activist James Laveck, who with Jenny Stein created The Witness and Peaceable Kingdom. They have now launched a Web site called HumaneMyth.org, and James discusses their mission to disabuse both the public and fellow activists of the notion that animals can be exploited and killed humanely. There is also a Green Beings song about fuel economy and a science fact about how eating locally pales in comparison to eating a plant based diet.
